Durbanville sees a bit of a brand evolution for us, as we introduce our most advanced sit-down food menu. Built around our philosophy of nose-to-tail, the menu offering involves secondary cuts and an approach that sees us using the whole carcass. Donuts fried in beef fat? You bet. The idea is that simple food can still be made with love, respect and attention. So expect a burger. Obviously. But know that it will be the best burger in town. Simple sandwiches sit alongside classic salads like the perfect Caesar and Greek. You can enjoy a cup of bone broth, or sit down to a gammon steak with a fried egg. Naturally, our retail butchery will be on show, with meat sourced from small, independent farms. The meat is all grass-fed. All free range. All reared on pastures with old-school methods. No feedlot nonsense here. You might be cooking at home, you might be dropping in for a bite. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
