We’ve looked high and low for farmers who are treating their animals with respect. The level of respect that we feel is necessary to produce meat that we’re happy with. Meat that we’ll know you’ll be happy with. The sad truth is, we could count on one hand how many we found. With that in mind, we need to make it pretty clear from the start that we aren’t able to just wave a wand and have truckloads of meat arrive. That’s not our game. Instead, we are offering smaller volumes, with quality a premium. We also don’t like to waste an animal. That’s why we get together with our skilled butchers every week to find out what cuts we’d like to champion going forward. In a country where we’ve all been brought up to believe that throwing a fillet on a braai was the best way to entertain, we’re here to introduce you to some incredible cuts that you may never even have tried. Be sure to check out out product list often - we’ll be mixing it up for you, happy in the knowledge that we’re getting the most out of an animal as we possibly can. As well as loose items, we offer packages with a variety of cuts. Keep an eye out for our Bundles of Beef, Packets of Pig, Poultry Parcels, Baa Baa Bags and Braai packs. These will be changing often too, but you can be sure that in each of these you’ll find a good mix of slow-cooking cuts, quick fry-op options, something you can throw on the braai, speciality items for entertaining and more.

Step 5. Wait for your tailored quote and suggested pick-up date(s).
Step 6. Accept and pop into our store to collect, where you can enjoy
a killer cup of coffee and maybe even pick up a little something extra.
