What you’ll need:
1 x cup cubed FFMM bacon
2 x tablespoons FFMM duck fat
500g Brussels sprouts
Sea salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. In an ovenproof pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
2. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon and allow to drain on kitchen paper.
3. In the same pan, add duck fat and Brussels sprouts. Cook, stirring occasionally, until nicely caramelised. (About 10 minutes or so).
4. Season with salt and pepper and add bacon back to pan. Serve immediately.
